Gespräch bei der Kommunalaufsicht
Es waren schon merkwürdige Dinge, die uns stutzig machten…
- Zwei Tage vor der Stadtvertretersitzung wurde einem BI-Mitglied die Ablehnung der Kommunalaufsicht von einem Passanten förmlich „unter die Nase gerieben“. Er hatte auch erwähnt, von wem er diese Information hatte.
Wir fragen uns natürlich, warum Bürgermeister Griese nicht in der Lage war, zuerst die BI darüber zu informieren? - In der Begründung der Ablehnung der Kommunalaufsicht wurden Argumente aufgeführt, die rein zeitlich nicht durch diese Institution erfolgen konnten. Es stellte sich also die Frage, wer für die Gründe der Ablehnung verantwortlich war?
Mit anderen Worten bedeutet dies, dass Bürgermeister Griese höchst selbst Argumente für eine Ablehnung durch die Kommunalaufsicht lieferte. Dies ist unserer Meinung nach eine Sauerei gegenüber den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern der Stadt Warin und deren Ortsteilen. GWG – „Gemeinsam Warin Gestalten“ und deren Inhalte sind nichts weiter, als eine Farce. Auch hätten die Stadtvertreter der GWG und ZWO zugunsten eines Bürgerentscheids abstimmen können, wie es die Aussage der Kommunalaufsicht bestätigte. Zwar hätte eine solcher Beschluss durch sie revidiert werden können, jedoch wäre das recht unwahrscheinlich gewesen.
Somit steht fest: Bürgermeister Björn Griese ist zusammen mit seinen Stadtvertretern von GWG und ZWO dafür verantwortlich, den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern der Stadt Warin und deren Ortsteilen die Entscheidung über die Zukunft des Krankenhausgeländes genommen zu haben.
Sollte das Vorhaben „Resindenz Burg Glammsee“ durch Herrn Thomas Weyer durch die Blockadehaltung von GWG und ZWO aus deren Befindlichkeit scheitern, wird die Stadt um eine Schadensersatzforderung für die zuvor geleisteten Aufwände in Höhe von einer 1/4 Mio. EUR nicht herumkommen. Und wofür das Ganze? Nur für die Befriedigung der Befindlichkeiten der Stadtvertreterinnen und Stadtvertreter von GWG und ZWO?
Was könnte man mit diesen Geld nicht alles für Warin realisieren?
Die Bürgerinitiative fordert Bürgermeister Griese auf, sich wieder mit Herrn Weyer an den Verhandlungstisch zu begeben und eine Lösung für die Zukunft Warins zu erzielen.
Unabhängig davon werden wir weiter für unser Ziel kämpfen.
